Master the game through high-volume, repetitive drills. I break down every shot, from punch strokes to net kills, to build the muscle memory required for competitive play.

A female player practices her net kill with a coach feeding at close range. This drill sharpens reaction time and ensures a decisive, point-ending shot at the net.

A player practices their punch stroke technique. The coach's verbal cues, like "Punch it," provide immediate feedback to build a short, powerful, and effective shot.

Precision in every serve. A player practices their serve technique, focusing on consistency and placement to start the rally with an advantage.

A fun but effective drill for developing precision in punch strokes. This exercise trains the player to have a short, quick, and accurate swing.

Leveling up the backhand. Here, players work on their backhand technique, a crucial skill that I develop through targeted and often unconventional drills.

A player practices hitting to a fixed corner of the court. This drill is all about accuracy and control, training the athlete to place the shuttle exactly where they want it.

A player practices controlling the shuttle at the net. This drill focuses on having a soft touch and the ability to execute delicate net shots that are difficult for the opponent to return.

This drill is designed to improve reaction speed and deception. The close-range feed forces the player to make last-second decisions, enhancing their shuttle control and tactical play.

Wall practice is a classic drill for a reason. It's one of the best ways to improve wrist and arm strength, shot control, concentration, and reflexes all at once.

In doubles, quick hand speed and seamless grip changes are critical. This drill focuses on exactly that, preparing players for the rapid exchanges at the net.

About Advanced Skill & Technique Development

You aren't here to rally, you are here to win. We use high-volume multi-shuttle feeding drills to force your reflexes and grip to adapt instantly. Whether we are drilling punch strokes or correcting your swing path, every session is about creating an efficient, repeatable movement. You will feel the difference in your wrist snap and reaction speed after just one week of this intensity.

Building Your Game, Shot by Shot

Badminton mastery is not about talent alone. It is about the thousands of repetitions we put in on the court. At my academy, we avoid generic training. We focus on the 'three-step build': mastering the basics of grip and footwork, intense muscle-memory drills, and high-pressure match simulations.

The Science of Technique

We train at Prometheus School in Noida, where we use AC-controlled courts to maintain intensity regardless of the heat. My approach involves:

  • Punch Stroke Precision: We use multi-shuttle feeding to ensure your swing is short, sharp, and effective.
  • Wall Practice: This is the best way to develop wrist strength and reflexes. We use it to force you to control the shuttle rather than just hitting it.
  • Anatomical Assessment: I don't give the same training plan to everyone. I measure your specific speed and agility metrics first, then tailor the drills to your body.

Why Train Here?

If you want to play for fun, this isn't the right place. I work with athletes who have their sights on state and national medals. We train six days a week, starting early and pushing hard until the evening. We cover everything from net play and backhand correction to defensive 3 vs 1 drills. If you are ready to put in the work and stop guessing, this is where you start.

I don't just coach, I build players. I treat every session like a match, breaking down your technique until your shots become automatic. We put in the work so that when you step on the court for a tournament, your muscle memory takes over.
