About Tactical & Defensive Training

My 2 vs 1 and 3 vs 1 drills are the most demanding part of the session, but they are non-negotiable for building elite defense. When you are outnumbered, you stop thinking and start reacting. I force players into these high-pressure scenarios until their footwork and anticipation become automatic. If you can handle three opponents attacking you at once, a regular match feels easy.
