During a typical session, you will face a constant, rapid-fire barrage of feeds—smash returns, net kills, and drive defense—specifically designed to push your heart rate into the performance zone while refining your shot mechanics. It is exhausting, but it is the only way to build the muscle memory needed to react instinctively under tournament pressure.
