Our Training Focus
- Agility & Footwork: Through coach-fed, multi-shuttle drills, we refine your movement patterns. You will repeat front-court and back-court reaches until they become muscle memory. Expect to hear us shouting “Aage peeche!” (move forward and backward) during these sessions.
- Resistance & Strength: We use resistance bands, agility ladders, and focused jumping drills to build the explosive power needed for smashes and rapid court coverage.
- Conditioning: Badminton is high-intensity. We integrate planks, skipping, and group warm-ups into every class to ensure your stamina holds up during long rallies.
