Pricing Guide
6-Day Intensive Monthly Training
Schedule & Duration
- Frequency: 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday).
- Session Length: 90 to 120 minutes per day.
- Timing: Evening slots between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Coaching Methodology
- Group Size: Batches of 10 to 15 students organized by skill level.
- Structure: Led by Head Coaches with drills executed by foreign and assistant feeders.
- Beginner Focus: Grip corrections, footwork basics, and fundamental strokes.
- Intermediate Focus: Multi shuttle feeds, stroke variations, and court coverage consistency.
Integrated Fitness
- Strength: Access to on site gym equipment including hex bars and weights.
- Agility: Ladder drills and cone work for reaction speed.
- Endurance: High intensity interval sprints for stamina building.
Facility & Equipment
- Surface: Professional grade green synthetic Yonex mats for shock absorption.
- Shuttles: Nylon provided for beginners; feather shuttles provided for intermediate drills.
- Health: Periodic Musculoskeletal (MSK) screening for injury prevention.
Quarterly Professional Development Cycle
Long Term Structure
- Volume: Approximately 72 to 75 training sessions over a 3 month period.
- Tactical Training: Progression into match simulation drills and singles vs doubles strategy.
- Sparring: Dedicated practice matches to master scoring and pressure situations.
Performance Monitoring
- Skill Audit: Technical review of stroke mechanics and footwork by the Technical Director.
- Fitness Testing: Periodic benchmarking of speed, agility, and strength improvements.
Competitive Exposure
- Selection: Priority consideration for representing the academy in district tournaments.
- Mentorship: Interaction sessions with high performance directors.

Who Will Fit In Here

- Players who already know the basics but want to get rid of silly mistakes, improve footwork, and get faster on court
Sessions run six days a week in the evenings, so it fits nicely for students, working folks, or anyone with a busy calendar.
How We Coach
- For beginners: We drill badminton footwork basics, core strokes, and explain all the rules (no skipping the boring but important stuff).
- For intermediates: It's more intense - we work on consistency, game strategy for beginners, and use correction multi shuttle drills to fix technique and sharpen your mind for match play.
Fitness and Injury Prevention
- We mix in speed agility quickness training and plyometric exercises (think jumping, sprinting, all that fun stuff) to get you match-ready.
- Our fitness assessment for badminton is more than just a formality - we actually tailor the sessions to your body and keep injuries at bay.
- Strength & conditioning coaches and physios are always around.

- We sometimes get legends in for special mentorship sessions. You’ll hear a lot of “bahut accha” (very good) and “bahut fast” (very fast) on court - we hype each other up, always.

My Story
At Sunrise Shuttlers, we’re more than just courts and rackets. We’re a loud, cheering family.
