- Sarvanga Abhyangam: 45 minute rhythmic full body massage by a single certified therapist using heavy pressure and long strokes.
- Herbal Steam: 10 to 15 minute session in a wooden steam chamber to open pores.
Hard Goods & Consumables
- Medicated Oil: 120ml to 150ml of authentic Ayurvedic oil. Note: These oils have a strong, lingering medicinal herb scent.
- Apparel: Disposable hygiene brief (Langot) provided.
- Linen: Functional clean cotton sheets and standard white towels.

My Story
Ayushman Ayurveda started with just one clinic and a simple thought - health is wealth, no shortcuts. We saw folks tired of quick fixes, so we brought Kerala’s real Ayurveda to Bangalore. Over the years, our family grew, from Frazer Town to people from Brazil and Maldives walking through our doors. Our joy? Seeing Mr. Prashanth walk again, or kids smiling after Swarnaprashanam.
