About Group Fitness Parties
These sessions are not about staring at a mirror and counting reps. Each 60-minute class wraps up with a 20-minute 'Reel Segment' where we fine-tune your angles and film a group video. You get a solid workout and a piece of content you can actually post, making the effort feel instantly rewarding.
If you are bored of the usual gym grind, I get you. For me, fitness should be a celebration, not a chore. My group sessions are built for people who want to move to Bhangra and Bollywood tracks without feeling like they are doing a 'workout.'
What to Expect
We keep the batches small—between 5 to 15 people—so that everyone has space to move and gets clear visibility on camera. The sessions are structured to be safe yet intense:
- Warm-up (10 mins): We start with dynamic stretching and joint mobility drills, specifically targeting knees and ankles to keep you injury-free.
- Cardio (30 mins): High-energy routines where we swap boring cardio machines for fast-paced dance steps.
- Reel Segment (20 mins): The highlight. We work on your expressions, stage presence, and angles so you can record a group video to track your progress.
Whether you are in Delhi NCR for an offline class or joining via Zoom, the vibe stays the same: judgement-free and high energy. I focus on core strengthening and mobility, so you aren't just burning calories—you are building better dancer posture and joint health. If you have any history of knee or back issues, just let me know before we start; I can easily modify the steps so you get the burn without the pain.
