Ground Preparation
- Site Clearing: Removal of weeds, stones, and debris.
- Soil: Layering of Red Soil (Chemman) mixed with organic manure.
- Leveling: Manual grading for drainage and a flat surface.
Installation
- Grass Type: Supply of pre-grown Mexican Carpet Grass or Bermuda Grass rolls.
- Laying: Gap-free installation and rolling to bond with soil.
- Note: Excludes complex irrigation systems.
Granite Stepping Stone Pathway
Materials
- Stone: Rough-finish Grey Granite (Sadarahalli or similar) to prevent slipping.
- Size: Rectangular slabs (approx. 24" x 12").
- Finish: Machine-cut edges with natural or flamed top.
Installation
- Base: Leveled sand or wet-mortar bed to prevent wobbling.
- Placement: Spaced 4-6 inches apart to match walking stride.
- Integration: Leveled with lawn for mowing or set above pebble beds.
Artificial Terrace Garden Setup
Synthetic Turf
- Spec: High-density Artificial Turf (35mm to 45mm pile height).
- Features: UV-resistant and porous backing for rain drainage.

Borders
- Pebbles: 4-6 inch border using Polished White Pebbles to hide cut edges.
