Pricing Guide
Complete Balcony Garden Setup (50 sq. ft.)
Flooring & Layout
- High-Density Turf: Installation of premium artificial grass (35mm - 40mm pile height) cut to fit balcony corners.
- Drainage: Inspection of water outlets and installation of drain cells if required for flow.
Planters & Hardware
- Floor Pots: 3-4 large glazed ceramic or terracotta pots (10-12 inch) for statement plants.
- Railing Planters: 4-6 rust-proof powder-coated metal planters with inner liners.
- Filler Pots: 3-5 medium tabletop or stand-mounted pots for layering.
- Soil Mix: Use of lightweight sterile potting mix (coco-peat, perlite, vermicompost) to reduce floor load.
Plant Selection
- Curated Mix: 12-15 nursery-raised plants selected based on sunlight direction (North/East vs West/South).
- Variety: Includes air-purifying plants (Snake Plant, ZZ Plant), ornamental foliage, and seasonal flowers.
- Finishing: White pebbles or LECA balls added as top dressing for moisture retention.
Execution
- On-site assessment for light and wind conditions.
- Transport of materials to the apartment floor.
- Full setup and post-installation site cleanup.
Garden Restoration & Revamp
Cleaning & Hard Labor
- Deep Cleaning: Removal of algae, moss, dry leaves, and weeds from floor tiles or red oxide surfaces.
- Hard Pruning: Trimming overgrown hedges, shaping ficus/creepers, and removing dead branches to restore structure.
- Soil Work: Loosening hard soil in up to 25 existing pots and mixing in fresh compost and neem cake.
Plant Health
- Pest Treatment: Inspection and application of organic control (Neem oil/soap solution) for common pests.
- Replacements: Supply of 5-8 fresh medium-sized plants to replace dead ones or fill gaps.
Styling
- Layout Update: Re-arranging existing pots to create height zones and visual depth.
- Furniture Staging: Cleaning and staging of existing swings or benches.
- Support: Installation of basic support sticks or nets for creepers.
Monthly Garden Maintenance Subscription
Weekly Visits
- Frequency: 4 scheduled visits per month (1 per week) by a trained gardener.
- Duration: 90-120 minutes per visit covering up to 70 pots or a small lawn.
- Tasks: Lawn mowing (if applicable), weeding, soil aeration, and general cleaning.
Plant Health & Nutrition
- Feeding: Monthly application of fertilizers (vermicompost, seaweed extract, or NPK).
- Protection: Prophylactic spraying of organic pesticides to prevent seasonal outbreaks.
- Pruning: Technical pruning to encourage bushier growth and removal of spent flowers.
Supervision
- Expert Review: Periodic review by a horticulturist to diagnose chronic issues.
- Materials: Cost of standard fertilizers and organic medicines is included in the subscription.

How I Work
Being a scientific plants nursery, I use my own potting mixes and plant care tricks to make sure things live longer, not just look good for a week. Sustainable landscaping maintenance is my thing - I use eco-friendly stuff, don’t waste resources, and set you up with a space that lasts.
I stick around for maintenance too - trimming, tidying, and regular plant care. You won’t be left with a jungle unless that’s what you want.
