About Family & Twin Portraits
Capturing twins isn't just about doubling the work; it is about finding the rhythm of two distinct personalities. Whether we are shooting at your home or a park in Borivali, I focus on getting individual portraits alongside shots of them interacting, so you have memories of their shared bond and their unique quirks.
A family session with me usually lasts between 90 minutes and 2.5 hours. We keep it loose and comfortable. If the kids want to run around, we run. If they are feeling shy, we sit and wait for that genuine smile. My goal is to catch the personality, not just the pose.
How I work with families
- Natural Light & Settings: I prefer outdoor parks across Mumbai for that soft, natural glow, but I am equally comfortable shooting in the comfort of your home.
- Props & Themes: I provide items like teepees, wooden signs, and rustic furniture to make the theme pop. Whether it is a messy cake smash or a quiet milestone portrait, we have a plan.
- Twin Sessions: Booking for twins is 1.5 times the standard rate to account for the extra time needed to coordinate two little ones. I take my time to get individual shots and joint portraits, ensuring neither child feels rushed.
- Preparation: I use Sony full-frame gear to get sharp focus, but the real work happens in making your children feel safe. Parents and siblings are always encouraged to join the frame.
Practical Details
- Deliverables: Packages include a set number of high-resolution digital edits. Some packages include physical prints.
- Privacy: I do have a privacy fee if you prefer that your family photos are not shared on my social media pages.
- Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to move the date, especially with outdoor shoots dependent on weather.
