About Family & Sibling Portraits
For family shoots, I find that keeping outfits simple works best. I always recommend wearing solid colors or denim to ensure the focus stays entirely on your expressions and connection, rather than the clothes. It makes the final edits look cleaner and timeless, which is exactly the vibe we will aim for in your session.
Photography is not just about standing in front of a lens and smiling. It is about the bond you share. Whether you are a family of four, twins, or parents celebrating an anniversary, my approach is to keep things relaxed.
My studio in Borivali East is designed to be a safe, comfortable space where kids can be kids. If they are energetic or shy, that is completely okay. I have seen it all, and I know how to bring out those genuine smiles. For family portraits, we usually spend 45 to 60 minutes together. This is enough time to get a mix of directed poses and candid interactions without tiring out the little ones.
I always encourage families to come in clothes they feel comfortable in. Solid colors and denims are my go-to recommendation because they do not distract from your expressions.
Sometimes, plans change. Like the family I photographed recently, we were set for an outdoor shoot, but the rain had other ideas. We moved to an indoor setting, and it turned out to be one of my favorite sessions. It reminded me that the location matters less than the people in the frame.
After the session, you get high-quality, edited digital images. I offer both color and black and white edits, which add a classic touch to your memories. Whether you want to capture the playful bond between siblings or a quiet anniversary moment, I am here to help you hold on to these memories for a lifetime.
