Data-Driven Athletic Training and Performance
Stop guessing. Start measuring. We use scientific assessments and high-tech performance data to build training programs that help athletes—from pro cricketers to youth players—get game-ready.
We combine expert coaching with high tech equipment and a data driven approach to develop successful athletes. This video provides a complete overview of our process, from in depth assessment and data analysis to creating individualized programs that deliver real, measurable results.
This is what measurable progress looks like. We tracked a cricketer's Countermovement Jump (CMJ) over seven months, showing a 70% increase in jump height from 29.29 cm to 50.02 cm. This data demonstrates significant gains in lower body power, which directly translates to improved speed and agility on the field.
Elite athletes train with us because we deliver results. Here, IPL and Indian cricketer Mohit Sharma undergoes a targeted physical preparation block, focusing on sport specific strength, power, and conditioning to ensure he is at peak performance for the demands of professional cricket.
A successful return to sport after an ACL injury depends on objective data, not guesswork. We use force sensors to assess hamstring peak force during ACL rehabilitation. This ensures the knee is properly stabilized and the athlete has regained the necessary strength to prevent re-injury.
We helped India’s number one junior amateur golfer, Kartik Singh, elevate his game by taking the guesswork out of his training. We conducted a full performance assessment, identified key physical limitations, and designed a targeted training block that led to significant, data proven improvements in all performance parameters.
Hear directly from Prapti Ghosh, a national level swimmer and multiple medal winner. In her testimonial, she explains how our data driven methods and focus on injury prevention have helped her improve performance and stay healthy while competing at the highest level.
We build athletes for the long term. Our Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) program focuses on age appropriate training, building fundamental movement skills, and preventing early burnout. This video shows how we develop young athletes with a structured, scientific foundation for a long and successful career.
Did you know your genetics can influence your athletic potential? Our Head of Performance explains the ACTN3 gene, also known as the "speed gene," and how understanding your genetic makeup can help you choose the right sport and train the way your body was built to perform.
About Featured
We do not rely on gut feelings or generic gym templates. Every performance journey here begins with a two-hour diagnostic session using force plates and motion sensors. We map your biomechanical baselines, identify specific injury risks like knee valgus or muscle imbalances, and turn that data into a training blueprint designed specifically for your body and your sport.
Beyond Basic Fitness
Most athletes get injured because their training ignores the science of movement. We are here to change that. Whether you are a national-level cricketer like Mohit Sharma or a junior amateur golfer, our process remains the same: assess, analyze, and train.
The Science Behind Our Process
Our facility in Gurugram is equipped with tools that move beyond traditional weights. We utilize:
- Force Plate Analysis: We measure Reactive Strength Index and peak power output, giving us a precise picture of your explosive potential.
- Velocity-Based Training (VBT): We track bar speed in real-time during lifts to regulate intensity, ensuring you train at the right effort level for your specific goals.
- Biomechanical Screening: We evaluate ankle dorsiflexion, hip rotation, and spinal alignment to find the hidden causes of your chronic pain or performance plateaus.
Training for the Long Term
We focus on Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD). We do not chase quick wins. Instead, we build a foundation that protects you from burnout and injuries. Our youth programs for ages 8 to 14 focus on movement literacy and coordination, while our elite programs provide the physical preparation necessary for professional sports demands. By tracking jump heights, sprint metrics, and strength symmetry, we visualize your progress month-on-month. If you are training without data, you are leaving performance on the table.
Athletes Lab
We are a team of sports scientists, physiotherapists, and strength coaches dedicated to building athletes who last. We don't just train muscles, we train the entire kinetic chain to ensure you are game-ready, not just pain-free.
