Join our karate family in Bilekahalli. We focus on building discipline, strength, and confidence through traditional Shito-Ryu training.

Safety and technique are our top priorities during sparring practice. I personally guide students through kumite drills, teaching them how to apply their skills effectively in a controlled environment.

Young students practice partner drills, learning the basics of distance and timing for kumite. Even our youngest karatekas wear protective gear to ensure safety.

Fitness is the foundation of martial arts. Here, students engage in warm ups and conditioning exercises like push ups to build the physical strength required for karate.

About this collection

Every class starts with 15 minutes of rigorous calisthenics, so you build core strength alongside technical kata precision. We keep our sessions consistent and intensive to ensure you actually improve, whether you are a beginner focusing on basics or an advanced student training for your next belt grading.

We follow the traditional Shito-Ryu style, blending it with modern sports conditioning. Our curriculum is structured to take you from a white belt to black belt, with clear progression paths and regular grading. Beginners start with basic forms, while advanced students move into kumite sparring with full protective gear to ensure safety during practice. We also integrate two sessions per month of nunchaku training and gymnastics to improve your overall coordination and flexibility. If you are training for fitness, our calisthenics routines keep you in shape. We treat our dojo like a family. You will see students of all ages learning together, supporting each other through every belt test. Safety is non-negotiable.
