A selection of our residential architecture and farmhouse projects across Bangalore and Karnataka. We combine modern design with natural materials to create spaces that breathe.

This courtyard at Villa Maati captures our design philosophy. We used natural materials like brick and Mangalore tiles to create a seamless flow between the indoor living spaces, the staircase, and the outdoor pool area, embracing true indoor-outdoor living.

For the Polibetta Farmhouse, we designed an infinity pool that overlooks the coffee estate. This space is designed for relaxation and connection with nature, featuring a stepped sunken seating area and a deck that extends from the main living space.

Our project, 'A House Reborn', was a sensitive renovation of a 60-year-old structure. We preserved the home's original footprint while adding modern, light-filled spaces that open up to the lush, mature trees on the property.

A series of grand arched doorways at the Ferns Cottage blurs the line between the living room and the garden. This design element allows natural light to flood the interiors and provides tranquil views of the courtyard from within.

In this film, we walk you through 'A House Reborn', explaining our sustainable approach. We repurposed materials from the original 60-year-old structure, including wood and flooring, and commissioned a local artist for a nature-inspired mural.

The double-height living space at Villa Maati showcases our use of volume and texture. The exposed brick walls and tiled roof are complemented by large woven pendant lights, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels both grand and intimate.

The living and dining area of the Polibetta Farmhouse features a repurposed wooden false ceiling, adding warmth and history to the space. We combine minimalist cement finishes with classic furniture to create a balanced, pared-back aesthetic.

We are proud that our project, 'A House Reborn', was nominated for the ArchDaily Building of the Year Awards in 2024. This recognition affirms our commitment to thoughtful and sustainable residential architecture.

This exterior view of the Ferns Cottage highlights our focus on detailed craftsmanship. We combined classic arched windows on the ground floor with intricate brickwork and a modern, clean-lined upper level.

A detail of the floating staircase at Villa Maati. The design features cantilevered stone steps against an exposed brick wall, with sculptural bamboo pendant lights that create dramatic shadows and highlight the material textures.

About Featured

Every project begins with the site's own story. Whether we are reimagining a 60-year-old urban bungalow or carving a retreat into a coffee plantation, our focus remains on using honest materials—exposed brick, Kota stone, and Mangalore tiles—to build homes that are naturally cool, light-filled, and deeply connected to their landscape.
