Villa Maati: An Earthy Farmhouse Retreat
Located on the outskirts of Bangalore, Villa Maati is a sanctuary designed to embrace its natural setting. We used a palette of locally sourced brick, stone, and Mangalore tiles to create a home that feels grounded and connected to the earth, featuring open courtyards, a central pool, and spaces that flow effortlessly from inside to out.
A House Reborn: Award-Nominated Urban Renovation
This project involved the complete transformation of a 60-year-old house in Whitefield, Bangalore. We retained the original foundation but reimagined the space with a minimalist, modern aesthetic, focusing on natural light, open volumes, and sustainable practices like upcycling wood and tiles from the old structure.
The Ferns Cottage: Classic Design with Modern Details
For this residence, we blended traditional architectural elements like brick walls and arched windows with a modern sensibility. The design focuses on craftsmanship, with features like intricate brick jali work, custom metal-framed doors, and the use of natural Jaisalmer stone flooring to create a home that is both timeless and contemporary.
Polibetta Farmhouse: A Serene Coffee Estate Getaway
Set within a sprawling coffee plantation in Coorg, this farmhouse is designed as a modern retreat that respects its context. The layout is organized into public and private wings connected by open galleries, using a minimalist palette of cement finishes, repurposed wood, and local stone to create a tranquil home that merges with the misty landscape.
