Designed on a compact 30x45 foot plot in Nagarbhavi, this home is a masterclass in light, texture, and open-plan living. We balanced traditional architectural roots with a clean, contemporary layout to create a residence that feels both airy and deeply personal.
The entrance of the Avani Residence sets a welcoming tone with its spacious, well-lit design. We used a neutral color palette, calming textures like Jaisalmer stone, and a custom metal gate to merge heritage with modernity.

At the Avani Residence in Nagarbhavi, our goal was to maximize the sense of volume without compromising on privacy or the desired 'luxury villa' feel. By employing a double-height ceiling and a strategic placement of windows, we ensured that every corner of the home remains bathed in sunlight, effectively blurring the lines between the interior and the outdoors.
The Material Palette
We believe that a home’s soul is found in its materials. For this project, we curated a palette centered on warmth and tactility. The use of Jaisalmer stone, rich veneers, and soft clay-textured wall paneling creates an environment that is sophisticated yet grounded.
