We study how the sun moves across your plot to determine window placement and orientation before we ever draw a wall. Materiality and Texture
We don't believe in forcing a trend. If a site calls for the warmth of exposed brick, we use it to create dynamic, textured facades. If the context is strictly urban, we lean toward clean concrete surfaces, glass, and metal louvers. Our goal is to create a building that sits naturally in its environment, not one that shouts for attention.
Designing for Bangalore's Climate
Bangalore's weather allows for a seamless indoor-outdoor transition, and we make the most of it. We integrate principles of passive cooling and cross ventilation into all our designs to keep interiors comfortable without relying heavily on HVAC systems. Whether it is a terrace garden, an internal courtyard, or simple vertical shading devices, we ensure your home breathes.
The Workflow

- Technical Alignment: Once the concept is set, we move to 3D visualization and GFC (Good for Construction) architectural floor plans.
