Every home we design begins with a story. From sketching the first line on paper to selecting the perfect marble in Kishangarh, we ensure every detail reflects your vision. Explore our design journey and process.

Here, our principal architect Divya B. T. discusses our approach to using color and lacquered glass in a walk-in wardrobe for a Saint-Gobain feature. We believe color is essential for setting the right mood and reflecting our client's personality.

Our partner, Yogesh, shares his insights on using color in kitchen design for the Saint-Gobain Colormaxx series. He explains how we use lacquered glass to create spaces that are elegant, durable, and dynamic.

A fun shoot we did for Saint-Gobain, featuring a luxury home we designed in West Bangalore. This is our partner, Yogesh, in front of the camera, sharing his expertise on design.

Some days at work are extra fun. This video captures behind-the-scenes moments from a video shoot at one of our completed projects.

Our co-founder, Ar. Divya B. T., was invited to speak at a Glass Academy webinar on using glass as a design element in interiors. We are passionate about sharing our knowledge and pioneering innovative materials.

The final photoshoot is when we see our hard work come to its full potential. This video shows our team styling and capturing the Avani Residence, from the living room to the terrace.

About this collection

Great architecture is rarely about just the final polish; it is built on hundreds of hours of material selection and site supervision. When we source Italian marble from Kishangarh or test local clay tiles for a facade, we are looking for textures that stand the test of time and local climate. Our process is intensely hands-on because we believe that the soul of a home lives in the small decisions made on-site, not just in the blueprints.

For us, the journey from an empty site to a finished sanctuary is the most critical phase of our work. We do not believe in handing over a set of drawings and walking away. Our process is built on total oversight and collaboration.

The Vision and Blueprint

Everything starts with deep listening. Whether we are designing a double-height courtyard villa or a compact city apartment, we begin by analyzing the site's orientation and natural light. We use Vaastu principles to guide our floor plans, ensuring that the space feels airy and balanced. Our 3D visualization phase allows you to see the interplay of light and volume before a single brick is laid, helping us refine the 'hero elements' of your home.

Sourcing and Materiality

We are obsessive about materials. We regularly travel to source specific stones, fabrics, and finishes because we know that texture defines the atmosphere of a room. You might find us at the India Wood exhibition scouting new technologies, or at a stone yard in Rajasthan finding the perfect vein in a granite slab. If a space calls for lacquered glass for a modern, reflective finish or warm clay tiles for an earthy facade, we select it based on durability and character, not just aesthetics.

Construction and Execution

Architecture is a messy, beautiful business. Our turnkey construction services mean we handle the structural shell, the plumbing, and the final soft furnishings. We are regularly on-site to verify marking levels, ensure structural integrity, and troubleshoot the tricky architectural features like helical staircases or cantilevered balconies. This end-to-end involvement ensures that the design you approved on paper is exactly what you step into on move-in day.
