My approach to fitness has evolved significantly since my surgery. I learned that you cannot just grind every single day. Some days require the intensity of CrossFit to push limits, while others demand the patience and flexibility of yoga to help the body recover. This portfolio showcases that variety because I believe fitness should be sustainable and, most importantly, joyful.
