In this video, I talk about how beauty is just a matter of perception and why it's important to exercise because you love your body, not because you hate it. This is the core of my philosophy.

I often receive stories about body shaming. Here, I share my own approach to overcoming it by focusing on my unique gifts and knowing my worth beyond external validation.

About My Journey: From Injury to Strength

Real recovery is not about rushing back to the gym, it is about respecting where your body is today. After my knee surgery in 2024, I had to stop everything, no powerlifting, no Zumba, and restart from zero. I learned that consistency beats perfection, and sometimes the hardest rep you do is simply showing up to move when you would rather rest.
