The CrossFit box is where I check my ego at the door and just work. Whether it is refining my form on a 31kg snatch or finally nailing rope climbs by keeping my eyes up, this is where I learn the grit and technical discipline I bring back to every Zumba class.

Fitness for me is never just one thing. It is the high-energy rhythm of Zumba combined with the raw strength work I put in at the box. I train locally in Bengaluru because that is where I get challenged the most. Whether it is mastering ring toes-to-bar or focusing on mobility, this journey keeps me humble and constantly learning.

Why do I mix CrossFit with dance? It is simple. CrossFit makes me stronger, more explosive, and more resilient, which directly translates to how I lead my Zumba sessions. When I teach, I bring that same focus on form correction and the 'no-look-down' mental shifts that I practice here under the barbell.
