National-Level Powerlifting and Strength Coaching
From surgery to strength, this is how I train—focusing on functional movement, proper technique, and consistency over perfection.
Every lift in training is a step towards the final goal on the competition platform. This video shows the process and dedication behind perfecting a single deadlift.
This was my final heavy squat just 48 hours before my major surgery. It represents my commitment to strength training even in the face of adversity.
Hitting a 15-rep max deadlift at 85 kgs. My training is programmed to test different aspects of strength, from max effort lifts to endurance sets like this one.
A shaky but successful attempt at a 15-rep deadlift with 87 kgs. I believe in pushing my boundaries and celebrating the effort, not just the perfect outcome.
A typical CrossFit session involving Olympic lifts like the squat clean. This demonstrates my technical skill and proficiency in complex, full-body strength movements.

About this collection
My strength training isn't about staged photos, it is about the hours spent at the box. I focus on functional movement, like perfecting squat depth or hitting a 15-rep deadlift, even on the days I do not feel 100 percent. If you need someone who truly understands the rehab process, from knee surgery back to the national platform, to train with or represent your brand, my approach is grounded in real, hard-earned technique.
When I step onto the platform at a national-level powerlifting event, it is not just about the numbers on the bar. It is about years of consistency. After my knee surgery in 2024, I had to completely recalibrate how I viewed strength. It stopped being about ego and started being about patience. My coaching style follows this exact path, where we focus on building a foundation that can actually handle life's curveballs.
My work with the crew at Oncemore CrossFit involves everything from Olympic lifts to high-intensity interval training. When I collaborate with brands, I do not just look the part. I demonstrate the technique. Whether it is an ad campaign for activewear or a corporate wellness event, I bring the actual movement credibility that comes from being a competitive athlete. My feed is not for show, it is a repository of my real-time recovery and training notes.
If you are a brand looking for authenticity, I am not the person who will stand still and smile. I will lift, I will sweat, and I will show your product in action. My background as a certified nutrition coach also means I bring a holistic view to any project. Let’s create content that actually resonates because it is rooted in genuine effort, not filters.
