From Hyrox races to the Powerlifting Nationals, I bring a competitive athlete's discipline to your training. Let's work on getting you stronger, safer, and faster.

Highlights from my first Powerlifting Nationals, where I secured a second-place finish. This video showcases my performance in all three lifts: squat, bench, and deadlift.

My experience at the WPC Karnataka State Open Championship, where I also placed second. Competing regularly hones my skills and demonstrates my commitment to the sport of powerlifting.

A proud moment after finding out I ranked first in India in the women's scale category for the 2023 CrossFit Games Open. This achievement reflects my consistency and hard work in training.

With my team at the Hyrox Delhi competition. These events are about both individual performance and teamwork, a great parallel for collaborative brand partnerships.

Pushing through the burpee broad jumps at Hyrox. This is a test of full-body power and endurance, and I love the challenge of these grueling functional fitness races.

The running portion of the Hyrox race. Endurance and stamina are just as important as strength, and I train to be a well-rounded athlete.

The official leaderboard from the 2023 CrossFit Games Open, showing my name at the top for India. This is concrete proof of my performance and ranking in a globally recognized fitness competition.

About this collection

My competitive training sessions prioritize technical form and injury prevention over sheer volume. Whether we are working on your squat depth for a powerlifting meet or mastering high-repetition burpees for Hyrox, we start by ensuring your movement patterns are safe and efficient. This focus is exactly what helped me come back from major knee surgery to compete at the National level.

Training with a Competitive Edge

Competitive fitness is more than just hitting a PR on a good day. It is about consistency, mental resilience, and knowing how to push your body without crossing the line into injury. Having competed at the Powerlifting Nationals and ranked No.1 in India in the CrossFit Open (women's scale category), I have learned that the foundation of performance lies in your technique.

My Approach to Coaching

I break down complex movements into manageable, actionable steps. We don't just 'workout'; we train with a purpose.

  • Powerlifting: We focus on the 'Big Three'—squat, bench, and deadlift. My goal is to help you understand your body’s unique mechanics so you can lift heavier while staying injury-free.
  • CrossFit: We use community-based, high-intensity functional training. I help you track your progress, build endurance, and move through WODs (Workouts of the Day) with confidence.
  • Hyrox & Functional Racing: These events demand a mix of raw strength and aerobic capacity. I train you for the transition, the running, and the specific conditioning needed to finish strong.

Why Train With Me?

I have been through the highs of winning medals and the lows of a major knee surgery. I understand the frustration of starting over and the joy of coming back stronger. I am not a coach who just yells from the sidelines. I am your hype person, your technical guide, and someone who knows that sometimes you just need to tell yourself 'Good job, Appu!' to keep going. If you are looking to get serious about your strength and conditioning, let’s get to work.
