• Logistics: Management of pick-ups and returns of merchandise across the city.

Phase 2: Pre-Shoot Trial

• Fitting Session: A dedicated 2-hour fitting session with the talent to check for size, fall, and comfort.
• Alteration Management: Arranging instant alterations like hemming trousers or tightening waists to ensure a tailored fit.

Phase 3: On-Set Execution

• Team Presence: Lead Stylist plus 1 Styling Assistant on set for the full duration (up to 10 hours).
• Wardrobe Care: Industrial steaming and ironing of all garments prior to the shot.
• The Stylist Kit: Access to professional emergency kit containing lint rollers, double-sided fashion tape, safety pins, and stain remover.
• Continuity: Monitoring the monitor during takes to ensure precise fabric placement during movement.

Creative Development

• Character Arc Analysis: Breakdown of script or brief to understand the character's socio-economic background and visual identity.
• Color Theory Application: Selecting palettes that stand out against specific background colors or studio backdrops.

Wardrobe Management

• Diverse Sourcing: Sourcing from specialized vendors ranging from ethnic rental houses for heavy embroidered sarees to tactical gear shops for action accessories.
• Draping Expertise: Professional saree draping or gown setting to maximize visual impact in still photography.

On-Set Support

• Dynamic Styling: Assistants dedicated to manually moving fabrics like trains or pallus for dramatic wind-blown shots.
• Detailing: Ensuring intricate details like zari work or leather textures catch the light correctly for the camera.

Look Curation

• Outfit Selection: Sourcing of 3-4 premium options (Gowns, Tuxedos, or Sharp Suits) for the client to choose one final look.
• Accessory Styling: Pairing of appropriate accessories including watches, cufflinks, pocket squares, or statement jewelry.
• Footwear Coordination: Sourcing matching footwear to complement the ensemble.

Dressing and Styling

• Vanity Management: 1-hour dedicated dressing assistance at the venue or hotel.
• Body Contouring: Expert use of body tape and undergarment consultation to ensure a seamless silhouette under event lighting.
• Broadcast Checks: Sit-down tests for broadcast clients to ensure jackets do not bunch and trousers do not ride up when seated.
