Scope & Direction
- Creative Direction: Development of detailed style decks and mood boards aligned with brand briefs and target audience demographics.
- Capacity: Execution of up to 4 distinct looks (changes) for up to 2 lead models within a standard 8 to 10 hour shift.
Sourcing & Logistics
- Inventory Sourcing: Procurement of outfits from a mix of high-street brands and Indian designers based on the ad budget.
- Logistics Included: Management of all pickup and transport logistics, including runner or porter fees.
- Prep: Professional steaming, fusing, and tagging of all wardrobe items prior to the shoot.
On-Set Execution
- Team: Sakshi plus one dedicated styling assistant present for the full duration.
- Kit Usage: Application of professional styling tools (fashion tape, pins, clamps) to ensure perfect fit regardless of sample sizes.
- Continuity: Monitoring accessories and outfit details between takes for consistency in video outputs.
Post-Shoot
- Returns: Management of dry cleaning and return of sourced garments to vendors within 48 hours.
Editorial & Designer Lookbook Styling

- Theme Building: Creation of a unique narrative (e.g., Retro-Modern, Avant-Garde) aligned with current global trends.

The Fitting Process
- Trial Session: One physical trial at the client's location to verify fit and comfort.
- Alterations: Coordination with tailors for temporary tucks or adjustments to ensure a custom fit.
Event Day Styling
- Total Look: Selection of matching jewelry, footwear, and clutches.
- Dressing Assistance: On-site presence to assist with complex closures, zippers, and draping (sarees/gowns).
- Glam Coordination: Briefing the hair and makeup team to ensure the beauty look complements the styling.
