About Commercial & Editorial Styling
What Drives Me
Styling isn’t just about clothes for me - it’s about telling stories. With 12 years in, I live for that rush when a concept jumps off a storyboard and lands in a shot. Whether I’m working with global giants or indie labels, my aim is to shape visuals that actually connect.
My Approach to Commercial & Editorial Styling
Start to finish, I handle every detail. I help brands build a visual identity that fits their story - from creative direction to execution on set. My work includes:
- Concept building and editorial wardrobe styling
- Print and video ad campaigns
- Brand photoshoot creative direction
- Product styling for advertising, especially jewelry and special pieces
- Film and music video wardrobes
Projects That Stick With Me
I’ve styled for campaigns like Air India, McDonald's, Nescafé, Hindware Italian Tiles - and yes, I’ve dressed personalities like Tamannaah Bhatia and The Great Khali. Sometimes it’s high-glam, sometimes it’s totally wild (like draping unstitched fabric for a flamingo look). That mix keeps things real.
Jewelry Styling is My Jam
Accessories can be armour. I get a kick out of creating bold, modern-classic looks for brands like Om Jewellers. South Indian bridal, cocktail looks, polki or diamonds - I’m all in for details.
How I Work
It’s always a team effort. I like starting with a spark, then building out costumes, art, casting - making sure every piece fits the story. If you want a look that stands out and actually says something, I’m here for it.

My Story
Hey, I’m Mitali – born and brought up in Mumbai, but my style’s got a global twist thanks to years spent in the US and Italy. Dad’s an Air Force legend, and that pride kinda runs in my veins. I’m happiest when I’m travelling, vibing at Adiyogi, or just chilling with friends at a wild Navy Night. Family’s my anchor, always. Fashion’s my world, but it’s the memories that matter most.
My Work
Styling & Creative Direction - I handle fashion styling and creative direction for commercials, music videos, celebrity events, and personal shoots.
From Idea to Final Look - I’m all in, from concept to the final outfit. Each campaign or shoot is a full-on team effort.
Personal Touch - I love making pre-wedding styling magical, like I did for my brother’s shoot – it’s about memories, not just clothes.
Fashion Educator - I’ve taught over 5,000 students in fashion styling workshops and I still get excited helping new talent grow.
