What I love most is how we stay connected during your design journey. From sketching to bead selection, I send photos of every sample piece, like the exact shades of your zardozi or specific embroidery patterns, so nothing is a surprise. It is a process where your input is the final word.
My design philosophy is simple. Fashion should not be about mass production. It is about the personal touch, the slow fashion with soul. When you come to the studio in Naagarabhaavi, we do not just take measurements. We talk, we sketch, and we decide on the details together. Many of my clients bring me their mother’s wedding saree, hesitant to cut it, but wanting to wear it for their own reception or engagement. My job is to handle that fabric with care, ensuring we maximize the border usage while giving it a modern silhouette, like a lehenga or a floor-length gown. Whether it is zardozi work for a bride or a simple thread work design for a small festival, I pay attention to the fabric type. Delicate crepes get light work, while sturdier silks can handle bolder embroidery. I am always available to guide you through the process, from selecting the right fabric to finalizing the tassel finish. If you are looking for matching outfits for you and your little one, we specialize in those coordinated looks too. It is all about making sure you feel confident and grand on your special day. I am based in Bangalore, but I work with clients all over India, keeping you updated every step of the way.
