Nature and Travel Portrait Photography

When we shoot in nature, we don’t need a studio. I pack my Sony A7IV and keep the gear light, so we can explore and catch the best natural light—usually during the golden hour—without any heavy equipment holding us back.

Whether it’s a quiet forest, a lake, or a scenic outstation location, my approach stays the same: real, candid, and cinematic. I don't do stiff, artificial poses. We walk, we explore, and I capture you in the moment. Because we are relying entirely on natural light, I prefer scheduling these sessions during the early morning or late afternoon. This gives those warm, moody tones that make travel portraits look timeless.
