About Private One-on-One Sessions
When we practice 1-on-1, I am not just guiding movements, I am watching your alignment. You will hear my signature rhythmic counting, 8, 7, 6, to keep you present and focused. This is not about rushing through a flow, it is about me being right there to adjust your posture, ensuring you feel the stretch safely, and helping you progress whether you are recovering from an injury or pushing for a new challenge.
My private sessions are all about your journey, not a standard routine. Since it is just the two of us, we can move at the speed that feels right for your body today. If you need a slower, restorative flow for back pain or sciatica, we do that. If you are looking to master advanced asanas or inversions, we build a sequence to get you there safely.
