I don't believe in ego lifting. My method is built on slow-motion training to create a powerful mind-muscle connection. If you are serious about building a takda (strong) body, you are in the right place.

Many people make this mistake on the bicep machine. I teach you to lock your grip and use slow, controlled movements. This small change in variation gives you a better pump and much better results.

Don't fall for social media tricks. One exercise will not build your chest. It takes 7-8 different variations like flat, incline, decline, and flyes to build a complete chest. Train smart, not for reels.

"Jaan bacha raha tha." I saw he was saving his energy, so I pushed him. You have to give it your all, not save it for later. This is how you break plateaus and build strong legs.

Slow motion is the key to muscle growth. Here we are doing a spider curl, feeling the muscle with every rep. This is how you kill the muscle and force it to grow.

Training starts in the mind. If you are lazy or unfocused, you will get injured. I teach my lads, including my own son, to set their mind first, train with energy, and then the results will come.

To become a champion, you need three things: Determination, Dedication, and Discipline. I tell all my lads to strengthen their off-season to become a champion in the season.

A champion always puts in extra effort. After a full workout, we do more. This extra training is what separates the good from the great.

I push my athletes until failure because that's where the real growth happens. Here, I am motivating my lad through a tough set of lunges. Every rep counts.

It's 11:30 PM and he says he can't do more. Other lads are also tired but they keep working. I push them because I know they can do more. Don't save your energy, give your best today.

We don't come to the gym to pass time. We come to do a takda workout and practice posing. Every minute in the gym should be focused on your goal.

About Training Philosophy: Mehnat, Technique, and Mindset

Stop just moving weights and start feeling the muscle. My slow-motion training method isn't for show; it is to force a connection between your mind and your body. If you are struggling to grow or keep getting injured, you need to stop chasing heavy numbers and start controlling the tempo. You have to slow down the rep, control the negative, and force the muscle to work. It hurts more, but that is the only way it grows.
