Fitness is a culture, not just a gym schedule. Here is a look at my work beyond the training floor, where I actively judge competitions and support the local fitness community.

About Events, Expos & Openings
You will often find me at fitness expos and new gym openings, not just to show up, but to scout raw talent and support the local fitness scene. Whether it is judging a bodybuilding competition in Lucknow or verifying the quality of products at a new supplement store in Agra, I am there to make sure the standards stay high and the environment remains focused on real effort.
I believe that to be a true coach, you cannot just sit behind a screen. You have to be on the ground where the real work happens. That is why I make it a point to attend various fitness expos and gym openings across the region.
Why I Participate in Events
- Scouting Talent: When I judge a show, I am looking for athletes who have put in the 'mehnat' (hard work). I look for symmetry, conditioning, and that 'champion mindset' I talk about in my training.
- Community Support: Whether it is a small gym opening in Behsama or a large fitness expo in Mumbai, I go to support the people who are trying to promote genuine fitness culture. It is about building a network where we lift each other up.
- Authenticity Check: I visit supplement shops and events to see what is being offered to athletes. I am very particular about what my 'ladke' (my guys) consume, so I only associate with places that offer genuine products.
If you see me at an event, come over and say Ram Ram. I am always happy to meet someone serious about their fitness journey, discuss training, or answer questions about nutrition. The fitness world is a family, and my events are where that brotherhood is built.
