About Diverse Training & Special Programs
We don't just stick to one discipline because real growth needs variety. Whether it’s Kali stick fighting to sharpen reflexes, tyre drills for functional strength, or our seasonal swimming camps, everything we do is about making your child tough, agile, and confident beyond just the mats.
A Holistic Approach to Youth Fitness
At Omjiujitsu, we keep things exciting by breaking the monotony of standard gym training. I believe that martial arts should be a playground for development, which is why we blend various styles like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) for ground control, Muay Thai for striking, and Wrestling for overall stability.
Why We Mix It Up:
- Kali Stick Fighting: Great for coordination, timing, and peripheral vision.
- Strength & Conditioning: We use functional tools like tractor tyres and battle ropes to build raw, usable power.
- Swimming Camps: We incorporate seasonal swimming to build endurance, lung capacity, and recovery.
- Balance Training: From handstands to balance ball drills, we focus on body control and spatial awareness.
Safety and Structure in Gurugram
I understand that parents might worry about safety. Training here takes place in a controlled, residential basement setting in Sector 46. We maintain a small student-teacher ratio (1:10 to 1:15), ensuring your child gets proper supervision. There are no wild, unsupervised sparring sessions. Everything is structured, age-appropriate, and designed to foster confidence rather than just aggression.
Whether you are looking for dedicated BJJ training, youth self-defense classes, or just a place where your child can learn discipline while having fun with friends, we are building a community. We don't promise quick fixes or shortcuts—we promise a environment where your child can grow, fail, try again, and eventually succeed.
Anand Sharma
I’m Anand, and I started this because I know what it feels like to be bullied. I’m here to make sure your kids find their strength, whether it’s through grappling or simply mastering a handstand. We are building a community here, not just a gym.
