We treat the construction site as an extension of our design studio. Explore the technical rigor and material experiments that translate our conceptual drawings into tangible, site-specific architecture.

This video demonstrates our passion for brick, showing how we use techniques like corbelling and rat trap bonds to create expressive, textured facades in projects ranging from schools to crematoriums.

From inspiration to interpretation. This video shows how the ancient stepwells of Jaipur inspired a contemporary feature wall in a hotel, translating a historical concept into a modern architectural detail.

About The Anagram Method: From Sketch to Structure

We treat the construction site as an extension of our studio. When you see our brick facades, they are the result of intensive on-site experimentation with rat-trap bonds and corbelled techniques, effectively bridging the gap between a 3D model and a structural reality. This process ensures that complex geometries, such as the curved roof gutters at our Sitarganj Residence or the pivoted stone cladding at our Lakewood project, are executed with the precision intended in our drawings.

Our design process is rarely linear. We view the building envelope as a canvas for climate-responsive engineering and material exploration. This is how we move from a blank page to a finished structure.

From Digital Intent to Physical Form

We rely on high-fidelity 3D renders to establish the design language, but the true work happens in the translation. For projects like the Lakewood Residence in Faridabad, we breakdown the facade into specific material layers—thermopine cladding, textured paint, and C-channel metal mounts. We ensure our digital models account for the physical constraints of the site, allowing us to maintain architectural integrity from the first sketch to the final GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.

Material Science and Masonry

We don't outsource the 'how' of building. Whether it is a feature wall at the Green Bean hotel in Jaipur or a kinetic screen for a commercial space, we involve our architects directly in the masonry process. By developing custom brick bonds on-site—verifying plumblines and mortar thickness with our masons—we turn standard building materials into high-performance, aesthetic features. This approach creates facades that breathe, filter light, and respond to the specific solar path of the location.

Technical Precision

Architecture is as much about water management and structural logic as it is about aesthetics. You will see this in our detailed section drawings, where we solve problems like roof gutter integration and rainwater drainage before a single brick is laid. By coordinating MEP integration and structural geometry (like cantilevers and voids) during the planning stage, we ensure that our buildings are as durable as they are expressive. We invite you to look past the final photo and engage with the technical drawings that make these structures stand.

We are Anagram Architects, a collective of designers obsessed with the 'why' and 'how' of a space. We don't just draft blueprints; we experiment with materials and push construction boundaries to ensure every project feels personal, thoughtful, and climate-conscious.
