About Meet Gunjan
My path to yoga did not start on a mat, but in a gym. I spent years focused only on the physical, push-push routine until a single class introduced me to the power of my breath. That experience changed everything, shifting my focus from just exercising the body to practicing a technology that actually calms the nervous system.
A Technology for Modern Life
I often describe Kundalini as a technology rather than just an exercise. In an era where our nervous systems are constantly overstimulated, this practice is a tool to align ourselves. It is not about how flexible you are or if you can touch your toes. It is about stimulating the meridians in your mind and body to release the stress we carry every day.
My Space in South Delhi
I teach from a private home-studio sanctuary in South Delhi. I keep the environment domestic and quiet, moving away from the clinical feel of a gym or a large studio. This space is designed for you to lie down, be fully clothed, and receive—whether it is an Access Bars session, an energetic facelift, or a meditative practice.
Why Practice with Me?
My journey spans over 20 years. I am a mother of three, and I understand how chaotic life can feel. I am not here to fix you. My role is to hold space for you to identify your own mental blocks. Whether you are dealing with burnout, relationship patterns, or just a need to quiet your mind, my approach is educational and gentle. We start with a brief consultation to identify what you need, and then we work with the breath or energy points to clear the noise.
