When I started Xtraordinary in my home kitchen, I was burning batches and learning the hard way. Today, my team and I handle everything from intimate birthday cakes to massive corporate orders of 30,000 brownies, but the home-baked promise remains exactly the same. We bake without shortcuts or preservatives, keeping that 'yummy' feeling in every single box.
My Journey: From Kitchen Counter to Bakery
It all started when I was 23. I had no staff, flour everywhere, and a serious learning curve. Studying at Le Cordon Bleu gave me the technical foundation, but the real magic happens right here in our Lajpat Nagar kitchen. I believe if I wouldn't serve it to my own family, it doesn't leave the shop.
