About From Our Kitchen
When you see these dishes being prepared, you are looking at my family’s actual recipes. We do not do mass production; we cook everything fresh from scratch using my amma's tips and my paa's chef expertise. Because of this, I request at least 3 days’ notice for any booking, so I can ensure every biryani and curry hits that perfect Bangalore-style flavour before it reaches your event.

Every video you see here is a small peek into our family kitchen in Cooke Town. There is no industrial setup here. It is just us, fresh ingredients, and the traditional methods my family has used for years. Whether it is the slow-dum cooking process for our signature Bangalore Biryani or the specific way we toss our Indo-Chinese starters, everything is about preserving the authentic taste.
Why Pre-Ordering Matters
I am often asked why I ask for a 3-day notice. It is simple—I refuse to use pre-made masalas or frozen ingredients. For our signature Chicken or Mutton Biryani, we source fresh meat and veggies just for your order. Our Bangalore-style Brinjal Curry (Baghara Baingan) needs time to simmer to get that thick, nutty texture right. When you book with us, you are not just getting a caterer; you are getting a home-cooked feast tailored for your party.
