About The Mojo Kitchen Story
When you order from me, you get food cooked in small, manageable batches rather than industrial quantities. Because I manage the kitchen myself, I stick to a strict 3km delivery radius in areas like Indiranagar and Koramangala to ensure that when your biryani arrives, it is still hot, fresh, and aromatic, just as if it came right off my stove.
The Mojo Kitchen Philosophy
I started Mojo Kitchen because I realized that commercial restaurant food often misses the simple comfort of home cooking. I wanted to change that. For me, every order is a 'Subaarmbh', an auspicious beginning, and I treat it with the same care I would if I were cooking for my own family.
How I Cook
My process is straightforward and traditional. I avoid pre-packaged spice powders, choosing instead to use fresh ingredients sourced from local markets. Every batch of biryani is slow-cooked using the classic Dum method. By sealing the pot, I allow the rice and marinated protein—whether it is chicken, mutton, prawns, or paneer—to absorb the flavors slowly without shortcuts. You will notice the difference in the taste, as I prioritize quality and real spices over speed.
What to Expect
I keep my menu focused. My Chicken Biryani comes with 2-3 bone-in pieces and fresh raita, while my vegetarian options like the paneer or mixed vegetable variants are cooked with the same attention to detail. I don't use excessive oil, and I don't rely on heavy fillers. Whether you are ordering a 500g portion for a solo meal or a 2.5kg family pack for a gathering, you are getting the same quality. Because this is a true home kitchen setup, I recommend reaching out early to check availability, especially for larger party orders.
