1-on-1 Muay Thai Technique Training
Focus on your form, power, and rhythm with personalized Muay Thai coaching. Every session is dedicated to correcting your mechanics and building your warrior spirit in the traditional Amarit way.
Watch closely. Every session is a detailed study of movement. I provide immediate corrections to your footwork, guard, and striking to ensure your technique is both effective and safe.
Once the basics are strong, we increase the intensity. This is a look at a student executing fast-paced combinations on the pads, developing the rhythm and flow required for advanced Muay Thai.
The heavy bag is an important tool for developing power and perfecting form when training solo. Here, one of my upcoming fighters refines his kicking and punching combinations, building muscle memory with every strike.
About One-on-One Technique Training
Training alone often leads to ingrained bad habits that are hard to break later. In our 1-on-1 sessions, I watch your stance, clinch control, and striking rhythm in real-time. We break down the logic behind every move—whether it is a simple jab or complex Muay Boran counters—so you understand the physics of your defense and attack.
Precision Training in Ejipura
When you book personal training with me, you are not just getting a workout partner; you are getting a coach focused on your lineage and technique. We remove the distractions of a group environment so I can fix your biomechanics immediately.
What We Cover
- Striking Mechanics: We refine your jab-cross, kicks, and elbow strikes until they are natural. If your guard drops or your footwork is heavy, we stop and correct it right there.
- Clinch and Muay Boran: For students looking to go deeper, we explore the ancient art of the clinch, neck wrestling, and traditional counters.
- Conditioning: Strength is useless without discipline. Expect intense pad work, tire jumps, and bodyweight calisthenics designed to build explosive power.
The Amarit Approach
I teach the Amarit Muay Warrior Institute lineage. This means every technique I teach has a history and a specific purpose. We do not use shortcuts or trendy fitness gimmicks. Whether you are a total beginner wanting to learn the right way from day one, or an experienced fighter refining your ring craft, the goal remains the same: to make you better than you were yesterday.
My facility in Ejipura is a space for serious training. It is non-AC and functional, built for those who respect the sweat and the process. If you are ready to put in the work and learn the true art of nine limbs, let us get started.
