This is the core of my personal training. We focus on perfecting your form with intensive pad work, correcting every punch, kick, elbow, and knee in real-time. Each session is tailored to you, ensuring you build a strong, authentic Muay Thai foundation.

Warrior Conditioning

A fighter's body must be as strong as their technique. My conditioning drills are designed to build explosive power, endurance, and mental toughness using methods like tire jumps, roadwork, and bodyweight exercises.
