About National Championship Journey
Competing at the national level isn't just about the trophy; it’s about the grit required to fight through qualification rounds and secure a spot in the main draw. When you see our players battling in Delhi or Indore, you are seeing the result of relentless multiball drills and tactical discipline. We celebrate the medals, but we value the narrow losses just as much, because those nail-biting matches are exactly where a player learns how to win at the highest stage.
The Real Grind of National Rankings
Tournaments are the final exam. Our players travel across India, from Vadodara to Kangra, to face opponents who train just as hard. Reaching the main draw at a National Ranking tournament is a massive hurdle, and seeing our percentage of qualifiers grow with every season is the real metric of our success. Whether it is the CBSE Nationals or a major Ranking event, the goal remains the same: play with passion and stay disciplined.
Why Our Training Works
Success is never an accident. It is built in our Noida and Delhi academies through:
- Pressure Simulation: We don't just practice; we simulate match conditions. Weekly internal leagues and tournament-standard table setups mimic the atmosphere of a real championship.
- Technical Precision: From service tactics to spin reception, our coaches break down international gameplay using whiteboard theory and high-speed video analysis.
- Mental Toughness: Championship matches are won in the head. We focus heavily on managing nerves and handling the pressure of a deciding game.
Our Rising Stars
We are proud of Alightians like Shanaya Tyagi, who rose to become India No. 1 and a National Champion, and players like Janvi Garg and Shreya Limaye who consistently qualify for CBSE and ICSE Nationals. But every player who walks through our doors is on this journey. We aren't just building players for today; we are preparing them for the long, beautiful climb to the top.
