About Our Champions: Tournament Wins & Podiums

These medals are the end result of intense sports-specific fitness, early morning drills, and rigorous mental conditioning. When you see our players on the podium, it represents the hours of multi-ball practice, shadow technique work, and tactical coaching that happens right here in our academy. Consistency is the only shortcut to these results.

Success at the state and national level does not happen overnight. At Alight Table Tennis Excellence Centre, we treat every tournament as a benchmark for the training systems we have in place. Whether it is the CBSE Cluster, Delhi State Ranking, or UP State Championships, our players are prepared to handle match pressure from the U-9 categories all the way up to senior levels.

Our training philosophy centers on three pillars:

  1. Technical Precision: Through repetitive multi-ball feeding and robot training, we build the muscle memory required for consistent performance.
  2. Sports Science: We integrate physical conditioning and physio support into the coaching schedule, ensuring our athletes have the stamina to last through long tournament days.
  3. Mental Conditioning: We teach our students how to approach the whiteboard, study spin physics, and stay calm during critical points.

We operate across key locations including Sector 100 and Sector 105 in Noida, Greater Noida, and New Friends Colony in Delhi. Our coaches are personally involved in scouting for tournaments that offer our players the best exposure. If you see a podium finish in these photos, you are looking at the outcome of our structured pathways for aspiring pros and fitness enthusiasts alike.

We encourage all our students to compete, because tournament play is where real growth happens. If you are looking to move from recreational play to competitive sport, or if you want your child to learn discipline through table tennis, we have the system to get you there.
