About Our Team, Partners & The Vibe
It takes a huge effort to pull off Flavours of Ramadan. From our booking team managing the constant rush to our collaborators like Hajoori and Kunafa Bytes keeping the counters running until 4 AM, every person you see here plays a role in making sure you get your food hot and fresh. We are not just colleagues, we are a family, and we rely on each other to keep the vibe going every single night.
We do not run this festival alone. It is a genuine team effort that starts long before we open the doors. When you walk into our AC hall in Byculla, you are seeing the results of months of planning, testing recipes, and coordinating with the partners who bring their own special touch to the table.

The Human Element

It gets wild, especially on weekends when we are sold out, but seeing the crowd enjoying their meal—that is why we do it. This festival is our tribute to our founder, Mr. Akil Darugar, and we do our best to maintain the spirit of welcoming everyone from all communities to share a thaal.
