- Mains: Chicken Angara or Masala (Spicy tomato base), Yellow Dal Tadka, and Veg Jalfrezi.
- Rice & Noodles: Chicken Tikka Biryani OR Chicken Hakka Noodles with Fried Rice.
- Breads: Tandoori Roti and Naan.

Events We Cater
I handle all sorts of get-togethers - weddings, sangeets, birthdays, or just a daawat (feast) with your gang. Corporate lunch event catering? Sorted. If it’s a community or religious function, I get how important the details are. For Bohra families, our traditional Bohra thaal catering is something I take special pride in. During Ramzan, I can arrange proper Iftar and Sehri event food, and yes, I even manage zabihat for Eid-ul-Adha at our place.
What’s on the Table
Most folks rave about our Mughlai buffet for weddings and other big gatherings. Tandoori grills sizzling on the spot, Chinese for those who want a twist, and live cooking station catering so your guests can see and smell everything fresh. Favourites? Butter Garlic Seekh, Matka Chicken, Nalli Nihari, plus jalebi straight out of the kadai (wok) with rabdi.

Every year, the “Flavours of Ramadan” fest at our place is wild. If you want to join, better book ahead - warna table milna mushkil hai! (Otherwise, it’s hard to get a table!)

My Story
We started Alamdar Caterer with Akil Bhai’s dream in mind – serve with heart, no shortcuts. His touch in the kitchen, that’s missing, but every daawat (feast) we do is for him. For us, food means community. Our Flavours of Ramadan isn’t just a festival, it’s where folks from everywhere, even Canada, come together. When I see everyone sharing thaal, laughing – bas, life ka mazaa (that’s the joy of life). Thank you for the smiles, really.

Flavours of Ramadan Food Festival - Our yearly event, with AC family seating, where Flavours of Ramadan food festival brings everyone together. Miyan bhai nu pet, Bohri nu test, baddhu saras laage che.
Crowd Favourites - People love our Nalli Nihari party order, Peshawari Matka Chicken event menu, and the legendary Kunafa dessert live counter. Don’t skip bheja fry or triple cheese baida roti.
