About Featured
When you see our Biryani here, you are looking at the result of the traditional 'Dum' process, where marinated meat and long-grain rice are layered and sealed to let the spices slowly infuse. We supply these in spill-proof thermal buckets that keep that heat locked in until it reaches your door. If you are planning a gathering, please note that we operate on a first-come, first-served basis for large orders, so we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your slot.
Our kitchen in Versova has been running since 1992, and our approach hasn't changed much—we prioritize quality and the authenticity of the recipe over everything else. We are a family-run team, and we treat every order, whether it is a small Iftar box or a full festive feast, like we are cooking for our own home.
Why Our Cooking is Different
We don't believe in shortcuts. For our Dum Biryani, we use high-grade long-grain Basmati and whole spices that we source and grind ourselves. For events and festivals like Ramadan and Bakri Eid, we offer specific services that make hosting easier:
- Iftar & Dinner Combos: We pack everything from snacks like Keema Samosas and Russian Cutlets to main courses like Biryani into single or family-sized festive boxes.
- Custom Qurbani Service: During Bakri Eid, you can bring us your raw meat, and we handle the marination, spices, and cooking, delivering you a finished feast within 5-6 hours.
- Bulk Catering: Whether you are in Andheri, Versova, or further into the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, we can scale our cooking to suit your gathering, delivered in temperature-controlled packaging.
How to Order
We handle deliveries across Mumbai and Thane via Porter, but you are also welcome to pick up your order directly from our counter on Yari Road. During peak festival weeks, our capacity fills up quickly. If you have a specific date in mind, call us early so we can plan the prep work properly.
