About The Countdown & Announcements
We start our preparations well in advance, from finalizing the fusion dessert counters to setting up the live tandoor stations. When we drop the countdown, it means our team is already sourcing the freshest ingredients to ensure every Nalli Nihari and kebab platter hits your table piping hot.
Our annual food festival is a family effort that spans months of planning. We transform our space at Sitafalwadi, Mazgaon, into a hub where the community gathers for Iftar.
The Making of Flavours of Ramadan
Planning starts weeks ahead. We coordinate with partners like Kunafa Bytes for our dessert counters and Hajoori for their famous Falooda to ensure everything matches our standards. We do not just cook; we curate an experience where you can watch our chefs at the live tandoor stations grilling kebabs and frying fresh jalebis right in front of you.
What You Need to Know
- Bookings: We strongly recommend booking your tables early. Once the countdown hits zero, our AC hall fills up quickly.
- Timings: Doors typically open at 7:30 PM and we keep the kitchen firing until 3:30 or 4:00 AM. Whether it is a late-night craving for Nalli Nihari or a family Iftar, we have you covered.
- Location: Find us at our Mazgaon banquet hall. It is a space designed for communal dining, where everyone—from old friends to new visitors—is treated like family.
