Our kebabs are slow-grilled in the tandoor for that signature smoky depth. From creamy Malai Tikkas to our signature Moroccan Kebab, we bring the authentic taste of Mohammed Ali Road to your table.

Our Irani Chicken Boti features tender, boneless chicken pieces marinated in a mild, creamy, and nutty mixture. Grilled in the tandoor, these kebabs are exceptionally soft and have a subtle, aromatic flavor.

The Safeer Special Kebab is a green, herb-marinated kebab grilled to perfection. It's juicy, flavorful, and topped with shredded cheese, served with mint chutney and a tangy red sauce.

Watch the making of our famous Moroccan Kebab. Tender chicken is stuffed, wrapped in foil, grilled, and then finished on a hot plate with a creamy sauce, revealing a cheesy, juicy interior.

This video shows the traditional 'dum' cooking process for our Mutton. The meat is slow-cooked in a sealed clay pot (handi) with spices, infusing it with a deep, smoky aroma and making it incredibly tender.

Choosing the right marinade makes all the difference. We use a traditional clay oven to get a consistent, deep-heat smoke that keeps the meat juicy inside while creating that charred, crispy exterior. If you have a specific spice preference or need a milder flavour profile for your event, tell us during the tasting session, and we will adjust the base recipe to match your taste.

Our approach to grilling combines traditional techniques with a bit of modern fusion. We use a clay oven (tandoor) for the classic smoky finish that defines our Malai and Chicken Tikkas. However, we also like to push boundaries with dishes like our Moroccan Kebab and Mutton Barra Chops, which blend traditional meat preparation with unique, house-made sauces and textures.

For your events, these grills are not just starters; they are an interactive experience. We set up live counters where our chefs grill the kebabs right in front of your guests, ensuring every piece is served at the peak of its heat and juiciness. Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration with up to 2,500 guests, the quality remains consistent because we manage all our prep work in-house at our Mohammed Ali Road kitchen.

This allows us to walk you through our different packages—from our standard Indo-Chinese and Chicken sets starting at ₹750 per plate, to our premium Mutton and Seafood feasts at ₹1400 per plate. During the tasting, we can adjust spice levels, suggest pairings, and ensure the menu perfectly matches the vibe of your event.
