What I Believe

  • No crash diets or detoxes - we’re not here to punish your body. We’ll stick to balanced, home-cooked meals that work for your family.
  • Your recovery matters. Everything is customized, whether you had a vaginal delivery or a C-section. Progress is slow, and that’s how it should be.
  • This isn’t about bouncing back, but building habits that’ll stick even on tired days.

How We Move

  • Every plan starts once your doc gives the green light.
  • If you had a vaginal delivery, we start with rest, then slow walks, and only later, gentle strength work.
  • For C-section, it’s mostly healing and light movement for 8-12 weeks. No heavy ab stuff till you’re really ready.
  • We include pelvic floor recovery tips and home workouts for new moms, so you can build postnatal strength with zero fancy equipment.

What You’ll Get
