Community & Corporate Sessions

I offer in-person group classes in Electronic City, Bengaluru, and also design sessions for corporate teams. My goal is to create a supportive environment where we can explore movement, reduce stress, and build a sense of community and shared well-being.

Foundational Asanas & Flows

My classes are rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, where we move ahista (slow and steady) through foundational poses. We focus on building stability, proper alignment, and connecting breath to movement, making the practice accessible for beginners and enriching for all levels.

Deep Stretches & Flexibility

In my classes, we work to gently release stored tension and improve range of motion. This practice includes focused hip openers, forward bends, and heart openers like Ushtrasana (Camel Pose), always moving slowly and with the breath to safely increase flexibility.

Strength, Balance & Advanced Asanas

I guide students in developing core stability, stamina, and focus through dynamic sequences and arm balances. My approach is about celebrating the small wins and progressing safely, reminding you that the journey of building strength is more important than achieving a final pose.

Mindfulness & Pranayama

Yoga is much more than physical postures; it is a path to inner quiet. This section is dedicated to the practices of pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation, and chanting, which help calm the mind, improve breath awareness, and find a deep sense of sukoon (peace).
