About this collection
Our role as an officially recognized Indo-Dutch Centre of Excellence means we are constantly exchanging knowledge with global mentors and local innovators. Whether it is hosting international trainees, guiding startup entrepreneurs, or running youth programs at our Kumbalgodu farm, every collaboration is designed to strengthen the impact we make on the ground here in Bengaluru.
Agriculture is a team sport. At AgroTIE, we view our farm not just as a production site but as a vibrant hub for learning and community engagement. Our partnerships span from international bodies like PUM Netherlands to grassroots institutions like Christ Academy, allowing us to bring global agricultural advancements to the local level.
Why Collaborations Matter
We believe in the power of shared knowledge. When we work with industry experts, we aren't just exchanging technical data; we are ensuring that the latest horticultural practices, nutrient management techniques, and climate-resilient farming methods become accessible to our community.
Our Core Engagement Areas
- Global Knowledge Exchange: By hosting international trainees and working with groups like Biogrow Substrates, we constantly update our own 'nutritional recipes' and cultivation methods, which we then pass on to our students.
- Mentorship & Startups: We actively engage with young entrepreneurs and university students at startup summits. We want the next generation to see agriculture as a viable, technology-driven career path, not just a traditional trade.
- Youth & Education: Our programs for school children focus on the basics of biology and environment. By getting kids involved in planting and composting, we are cultivating a generation that values sustainable food systems.
If you represent an organization, a school, or are a researcher looking to visit our center in Kumbalgodu, we are always open to new connections. Our doors are open to anyone who wants to contribute to a greener, more sustainable way of living.
