Step into our urban living lab in Yeshwanthpur. We have turned an old factory into a home for artists, dreamers, and anyone looking for a little magic. Come meet the family! 🌿✨

This is what our community is all about. A musician gifting his art to a potter, who in turn gifts him a freshly made pot. These sweet, spontaneous moments of connection make our hearts full.

Every corner of our 20,000 sqft warehouse holds a story, from the edible gardens we tend to the art installations created by local changemakers. A soulful evening of folk songs and stories with Chaoba Thiyam from Manipur. Our indoor stage is perfect for these intimate musical sessions, where the artist and audience share a close connection under the warm lights.
This is what a 'Koota' or gathering looks like. Our outdoor courtyard filled with people sharing food and laughter during a Local Food Club potluck. Community is at the center of everything we do, and nothing brings people together like good food and great conversation.

Peeking through the lush foliage, this view of the Toit brewery reveals a structure that embraces nature. The design uses wood and a latticed roof to create a space that feels open and connected to the outdoors.11
The Aste Bar was born from abandoned aircraft wreckage. We repurposed airplane seats and fuselage parts to create a unique and immersive experience, rewriting the context of these discarded materials.
Original airplane passenger seats are repurposed for lounge seating at the Aste Bar. The design is a conversation between industrial salvage and comfortable, functional interior design.
